No call centers and no drones. You talk to the family that runs the company, and the inspector who walks your roof is the one who writes your report.
1. We confirm the details
Property address, square footage, age, and which report your lender or insurer needs. If you're not sure what to order, we'll tell you.
2. You get a firm time slot
Most inspections are scheduled within the same week. You're welcome to attend — buyers usually do, and we recommend it.
3. We inspect on site
Roof walked by hand where it's safe, attic entered, electrical panel opened, plumbing and HVAC run. Typically 1–3 hours depending on the property.
4. Report delivered fast
A photo-documented report, usually same day or next morning, with findings explained in plain English. Questions after the fact are free — call anytime.

Typical South Florida ranges are below. Final price depends on square footage, property age, and access — call or request a quote and you'll get an exact number before anything is scheduled. Bundled reports on the same visit are discounted.
